How long does a box take to get home?
Sea cargo from Saudi usually reaches the door in 40–50 days. Air cargo takes 6–8 days. Remote islands can take a few days more, and the tracker will always show an honest estimate.
Will there be any fees when the box arrives?
No. The price you pay at pickup includes Philippine customs, duties and delivery to the door. If anyone asks your family for money at the gate, please message us straight away.
Where do I find my tracking number?
It is on your receipt and in the SMS / WhatsApp we send at pickup, and it starts with EBX. Lost it? Message us your name and phone number and we will find it for you.
What can I not put in the box?
No cash, jewellery, medicines without prescription, liquids over 1L, perfumes in large quantities, weapons or anything flammable. Our packing guide has the full, friendly list.
Can my family track the box too?
Yes. Tap "Share with family" on the tracker and send them the link on WhatsApp or Messenger. No app or account needed on their side.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Every box is sealed and weighed in front of you, then checked again in Manila. If anything goes wrong, a real person will own the claim from start to finish, usually resolved within 7 days.
